Yoga & Sauna Shindig With Kevin and Cree

Join us at Yellow Barn Farm for the last Shindig of the summer — funky vinyasa on the grass, good music into the sunset, hangs around the fire pit, and the wood-fired sauna running all evening. 6:00 - 7:15— Outdoor vinyasa with Cree and Kevin. The kind of yoga that reminds you it's supposed to be fun. 6:00 -8:00 DJ on the decks, keeping things moving. All evening — Unlimited sauna and cold plunge. Sweat, plunge, enjoy the fire pit. Snacks and electrolytes provided. No outside alcohol, please. Tickets are available with or without sauna. Grab a Yoga + Sauna ticket and we'll make sure we have space for you. Bring a layer for after dark, a mat for yoga, and a water bottle. We'll keep the fire going.
