Yoga & Sauna Shindig With Kevin and Cree

Join us at Yellow Barn Farm for the last Shindig of the summer — funky vinyasa on the grass, good music into the sunset, hangs around the fire pit, and the wood-fired sauna running all evening. 6:00 - 7:15— Outdoor vinyasa with Cree and Kevin. The kind of yoga that reminds you it's supposed to be fun. 6:00 -8:00 Music by LUSHEE, bringing you deeper into your practice, before bringing you back up. It's transformational. All evening — Unlimited sauna and cold plunge. Sweat, plunge, enjoy the fire pit. We'll be grilling meats and veggies so you can refuel, plus snacks and electrolytes from Skratch will be available. No outside alcohol, please. Tickets are available with or without sauna. Grab a Yoga + Sauna ticket and we'll make sure we have space for you. Be prepared for fall weather, bring layers! Bring a mat for yoga on the patio or the grass, extra towels, and a water bottle. We'll keep the fire going.
