Yoga and Sauna Shindig

Are you ready to move this Friday Night!? We have a stacked lineup of offerings to get your blood pumping: 6:30 - Outdoor Yoga with Cree and Kevin will remind you yoga can be fun! 7:30 - 9:30 Nick Vann will be bumping tunes to get your evening moving Snacks and electrolyes will be provided. Sorry, no outside alcohol allowed. Tickets with or without sauna are available. If you purchase a Yoga and Sauna ticket, you’ll be emailed a code to use to register for your sauna session through the normal Booking process. You can sauna before or after your yoga class. We can't wait to enjoy a warm summer eveing with you in our little slice of heaven!
